Debby de Leyer has been a PHA member for the past fourteen years and a Professional trainer for the past fifteen years. She has competed professionally in the hunter/jumper discipline for the past fifteen years and works with husband Marty de Leyer out of Dutch Manor Stables. Debby has served on the LIPHA Dinner Dance committee for the past eleven years and also on the Horse Show committee in 2002 and 2003. She volunteered to be Corresponding Secretary for the LIPHA in 2002 and 2003 and was elected LIPHA Recording Secretary for the 2004 and 2005 term. For the past four years Debby has served on the Long Island High Awards Association Board of Directors.

Patrick Rice competed as a junior from Leadline through Junior Jumper, Junior Hunters, Hunter Seat Medal and Maclay finals. He left the amateur ranks and turned professional in 1974. Patrick ran Haverhill, his own training facility, for 24 years. He managed and was training at Sag Pond Farm for seven years. Currently he is managing and training at the Topping Riding Club in Sagaponack. Patrick also owns and operates Haverhill horse Transportation Company. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Long Island P.H.A. and was elected Chairman serving from 1987 to 1991.

Karin Immerman has been Secretary of the Long Island High Sore Awards Association for 4 years and a Professional member of the Long Island PHA for over 8 years. Karin is a Life member of the United States Equestrian Federation (then AHSA) since 1988 and a USEF "R" judge for 11 years. She is a Life member of the Maryland Horse Shows Association and served on their Board of Directors for 4 years. Karin also was a 12 year Board member of the Combined Eastern Shore Horse Shows Association, which is the local affiliate on the Eastern Shore or Delmarva Peninsula of the Maryland Horse Shows Association. She owned and operated Ankar Farm in Bishopville, Maryland for 12 years during which she ran a MHSA member show each year. Karin was also a member of Wicomico Hunt.
